Coffing Brothers Orchard is a fifth-generation apple orchard near Covington with 150 acres of apples, one of the largest in Indiana. Depending on the crop, its store sells apples from the end of August to the end of May.

What can we buy at the store?

Apples such as Gala, Golden Delicious, Honeycrisp, Fuji and Jonathan, plus caramel apples and apple cider. The orchard grows sixteen varieties, so the mix changes as the fall goes on.

When is the store open?

Weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. The site lists Saturday both as open and as closed, so call (765) 793-3450 before a Saturday trip.
