Home / Pumpkin Peddler - Bowling Green, Ohio Fall Activities
The Pumpkin Peddler on North Dixie Highway in Bowling Green is the fall side of a family Christmas tree farm south of Toledo. During the month of October, a hayride takes you through the tree farm to a field where kids pick their own pumpkins.
When is it open?
Pumpkin season runs through October. Weekdays it opens at noon, Saturdays at 9 AM and Sundays at 10 AM, and it stays open until dark.
When do the hayrides run?
Hayrides are available Fridays after 4 PM and all day on Saturdays and Sundays, so a weekday visit means walking to the patch on your own.
What else is there?
A pumpkin maze, face painting and a guess-the-weight painted pumpkin, plus a craft store with Indian corn, gourds, pie pumpkins, straw bales and corn stalks. There are cookies and apple cider, and it is cash or check only.
