Home / Monroe's Orchard and Farm Market - Hiram, Ohio Fall Activities
Monroe's Orchard and Farm Market on Pioneer Trail in Hiram is a four-generation family orchard that grows about 25 apple varieties. In the fall the market fills with apples, pears and local honey, and there is pick-your-own on weekends.
When can we pick apples?
U-pick apples run on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 4 PM. The market itself is open Monday through Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.
Are there festival days?
Yes. The remaining Apple Harvest Festivals for 2026 are Saturday, October 3 and Saturday, October 10, both from 11 AM to 4 PM.
What can we buy in the market?
Honeycrisp, Golden Supreme, Cortland, Jonathan, Fuji, Red Delicious and Empire apples, Bartlett pears, local honey and fresh cider. The family presses its own cider, and watching it being made is a fall tradition there.
