About Red Wagon Farm
Red Wagon Farm on Day Hollow Road in Owego is a fourth-generation, veteran-owned family farm. Its self-serve farmstand is open every day from sunrise to sunset, July through December.
What is for sale in the fall?
Pumpkins in every size, from extra large to small enough for a child's hand, plus decorative gourds, winter squash and mums. Free-range eggs, maple syrup and seasoned firewood are sold too, and fresh-cut Christmas trees arrive for the holidays.
How do we pay at a self-serve stand?
The farm takes cash, Venmo or Apple Pay.
How long will a pumpkin last?
Kept uncarved and safe from freezing, a decorative pumpkin should last at least a month. The farm says its smaller round pumpkins have lasted into February.
