DuBois Farms is a pick-your-own farm on Perkinsville Road in Highland, open every day from 10 AM to 5 PM. In the fall there are 14 kinds of apples to pick, plus pumpkins, Concord grapes and mums.
Is there an entry fee?
Yes. A voucher is required at the gate: $5 per person on weekdays and $10 on weekends and holidays. Parking is free and major credit cards are accepted.
What else is there for kids?
Fall weekends bring tractor-pulled wagon rides, farm animals, Tiny Town and live music, and the farm has a market, bakery with apple cider donuts, and a wood-fired pizzeria. The Apple Mania Festival runs Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4.
Can we bring the dog or a bag?
Well-behaved pets are welcome, and you are asked to clean up after them. Personal bags are not allowed, except diaper bags, small purses and bags for medical needs.
