County Line Orchard on South County Line Road in Hobart is a large family apple orchard with a Big Barn market and outdoor fall activities. This year spring frosts and summer storms limited the u-pick apple crop, but fresh apples are sold in the Big Barn.
What are the hours?
The Big Barn is open daily, 8 AM to 6 PM, and the attractions run 9 AM to 5 PM. It is open on Columbus Day too.
What do the activities cost?
The pumpkin patch is $3 general admission. U-pick sunflowers are $3 to enter plus $2 for what you pick, and the barrel train ride is $3 a rider. An All Access Pass is $15.
What is there for small kids?
The kids' farm has pigs and goats to feed, a straw maze and pedal tractors, and a Lil' Farmer Pass covers it for $7. On weekends there are free hourly Barnyard Jams music shows from 10 AM to 5 PM.
