Home / Homestead Orchard - Woodstock, Illinois Fall Activities
Homestead Orchard on Charles Road in Woodstock is a quiet country orchard where you can pick 15 varieties of apples and pears, on land that has been farmed since 1839. It is also growing heirloom varieties such as Spitzenburg and Wolf River.
Are there still apples to pick?
Picking is nearly finished for the year. The store stays open with bags of apples at reduced prices, its own orchard honey and bags of apple chips.

When is it open, and can the dog come?
Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday noon to 4 PM. For insurance reasons, dogs are not allowed in the orchard.
